I’m not racist, honestly, but I am stupid-ist.  Not sure if there is a proper word for it.  I fucking hate dumb people.  Whether it’s people who talk incorrectly, e-mail incorrectly, whatever… It even annoys me to a great extent when people abbreviate non-stop.  Certain words are fine, but when you start abbreviating everything, I mean, come on.. There is a limit.

Anyway, as I was basking in the sun this afternoon, I was listening to a couple of young (I’m guess 12-14ish) girls talking (yelling) at each other.  This was the conversation:

Girl #1 - Who was that person name!?

Girl #2 - I aint tellin’

Girl #1 - WHO WAS THAT PERSON’S NAME?!

OK, first of all you dumb hussy bitch, it’s WHAT was/is the person’s name.  WHAT.  Who is/was the person is fine.  What is/was the persons name is fine.  You know the biggest problem with it is I don’t know where the error comes from.  It seems to me that either she learned the proper material and how to talk like an educated human being and she completely disregards the lesson, or, she hasn’t learned it and doesn’t know how to properly speak.

Either way, it makes me want to throw-up.  That’s really it - it bothers me to no end when I hear something like this.  Although I am not making a generalization here on a certain ethnicity or community, it is easy to make one.

However, on the 6 train back to Canal street I was standing at the door in between trains at the end of the car.   A thugged-out guy was sitting on one of the seats to my right, you know, the quasi bench that you have to put down yourself.  Anyway, totally thugged out, and listening to his music at an unbearable (even to his neighbors) volume, playing a strategy game on PSP.  This old woman gets on at Spring, and as he turns and looks at her, he says “Excuse me maam would you like to sit down?”  She declined, but I immediately wanted to give him a hug.
